The location is close to Burnham Park, sm Baguio and Victory Liner bus station. A great view of downtown Baguio City. Internet is adequate. Taxi is easily available.
I will try to be objective as to only point out what is wrong being a seasoned traveler. Other than the good I have mentioned to bad are more. Starting at the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. The waiter changed the tv channel with asking the guest if ok then left the room. The manager is unfriendly and unwilling to help out and give tips to visit in the area knowing it was my first time to return to Baguio in 14 yrs. She even told me she has been the resident manager for 30 yrs. I did not see how they were able to keep her. Everything needs to be asked for at the free breakfast. The waiter serves you then hides behind a curtain. To top it off for the price I paid, the whole place is very very dated. A take back from the 70's with wooden planks in the wall. The bathroom water pressure is low but the shower is adequate. I did compare it with other hotels in the area and found out others much newer and less expensive. I will not use this hotel again and will not recommend it anyone.
The Place is peaceful and relaxing although it's very near to Burnham Park and other tourist spots.
The building is somehow old and you could smell the old woods. The room is clean.
Homy and cozy, like you never left home
The carpet, made my daughter allergic
cocorouches in the room
